Illustrative sector workflow

AI assurance for enterprise operations.

Assess a defined enterprise operations workflow against the rules and outcomes that matter. Use controlled scenarios to examine capability, boundaries and operational behaviour, then review the evidence and exclusions. The example below describes a possible test scope; it is not a measured result or a claim of certification.

What is the problem?

Access-boundary violations, invented source facts and unauthorised actions.

Example: A document review and approval handoff

An agent reviews approved records and prepares a decision for the authorised owner.

What could be tested?

  • Approved-source use and role boundaries
  • Tool permissions and approval rules
  • Incomplete information and recovery limits

What evidence could you receive?

Declared tool traces, permission decisions and independently checked state.

What are the limits?

Findings apply to configured permissions and test fixtures, not all organisational access paths.

What should you prepare?

Describe the workflow and target, the rules and risks, authorised test data or access, success criteria, stakeholders and timing or budget constraints. Use high-level public descriptions until a private scoping channel is agreed.

Good questions.

Is this a published client result?

No. This is a hypothetical workflow to explain a possible assessment scope. No customer, measured result or sector endorsement is claimed.

What is needed before testing?

Agree the workflow, target system, rules, risks, authorised test data/access, success criteria, stakeholders and constraints. Submission does not authorise testing.
