Illustrative sector workflow

AI assurance for education.

Assess a defined education workflow against the rules and outcomes that matter. Use controlled scenarios to examine capability, boundaries and operational behaviour, then review the evidence and exclusions. The example below describes a possible test scope; it is not a measured result or a claim of certification.

What is the problem?

Inaccurate guidance, inappropriate content, exclusion and learner privacy.

Example: A learner-support request

An assistant gives approved course information and escalates a sensitive learner-support issue.

What could be tested?

  • Content/source accuracy and regional context
  • Agreed age-appropriate and escalation rules
  • Privacy, language and accessibility requirements

What evidence could you receive?

Scenario checks, source evidence and escalation records.

What are the limits?

No claim of learning improvement, universal fairness or complete child-safety coverage.

What should you prepare?

Describe the workflow and target, the rules and risks, authorised test data or access, success criteria, stakeholders and timing or budget constraints. Use high-level public descriptions until a private scoping channel is agreed.

Good questions.

Is this a published client result?

No. This is a hypothetical workflow to explain a possible assessment scope. No customer, measured result or sector endorsement is claimed.

What is needed before testing?

Agree the workflow, target system, rules, risks, authorised test data/access, success criteria, stakeholders and constraints. Submission does not authorise testing.
